Villa Vadee is the ideal holiday rental villa on Koh Phangan, we strive as a family run business to be professional in every aspect of your holiday experience. From your initial enquiry, to which we will respond within 24 hours, we will then work with you throughout the process to ensure that your experience of Villa Vadde is memorable. This is the service that we would expect and this is the service we will give to you. We have put in place an excellent team of full time villa staff (who will be there as much or as little as you require) and a villa manager who will ensure you have everything you need.
Villa Vadee was built in 2008 and we designed the villa with children in mind. The villa is equipped with all the modern features you would expect. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The open plan design of the downstairs area is ideal for large groups and opens on all sides to sundeck, swimming pool and balcony. Situated overlooking the spectacular twin coves of Thong Nai Pan Noi bay on Koh Phangan, this holiday rental villa has four large bedrooms.
Designed for indoor-outdoor living with large expansive windows that fold open to enable the ocean breezes to flow through the house and a walk-through to the extensive outdoor balconies or if the weather changes, to close up and stay fully air-conditioned throughout.
The villa opens to a large swimming pool and sundeck from the main living area. If you have young children we can put a fence around the pool for their safety.
The four bedrooms are grand in size and offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for four couples or two families with children or even one large family. Two bedrooms have large separate en-suite bathrooms while a common bathroom services the other two. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
A large flat-screen TV with satellite channel option and DVD player provides relaxed evening entertainment in the comfortable living space. A high speed WiFi connection is also available
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, fridge and freezer and microwave, coffee maker and all the cookware required for your stay.

Villa Vadee is situated just a 5 min walk from the beach and village of Thong Nai Pan Noi. Thong Nai Pan Noi beach has long been regarded as the Jewel in the crown of Koh Phangan. Koh Phangan has learned from the mistakes of its sister island, Koh Samui. Laws to protect the environment and restrict tall buildings have been put in place to prevent the degradation of the natural beauty of the island and maintain the pristine quality of the beaches. Thong Nai Pan epitomises this philosopy and has been a secret location for back packers over the years. Famed for its laid back atmosphere, local amenities and year round sun, Thong Nai Pan still retains its bohemian vibe and is an unspoilt paradise Direct flight services connect Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, Hong Kong and Singapore to Samui island and then you can either travel by speed boat or ferry to Koh Phangan island. If you would like to visit Haad Rin where the world famous Full Moon takes place, our villa manager can arrange transport. It is just a 20 min boat ride down the coast and afterwards you can slip back into the unspoilt paradise of Thong Nai Pan to relax. |

Cancellation Policy If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Villa Vadee must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa: All Seasons except Christmas and New Year: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by Villa Vadee. The credit can be used by the client for any reservation, during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable shall Villa Vadee secure a reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation. Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable shall Villa Vadee secure a reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Villa Vadee cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Villa Vadee Co.
